Entrepreneurship courses for social business

Civitas Foundation for Civil Society, as partner in the project ”Social inclusion on labour market through social businesses„ ,co-financed by the European Social Fund, having as main applicant Alba County Council, announces the organization of social entrepreneurship courses for 25 future potential social entrepreneurs.
The courses will start on 27th of February and end in 1st of March, in Sângeorgiu de Mureș, Mureș County. The course will try to approach the main notions of entrepreneurship, communication and marketing, how to make a business plan and get funding for the business.
The course is part of a 5 series of courses, aiming to improve entrepreneurship skill of future possible managers of social businesses. Part of the results of the project can already be seen: 5 Resource Centers have been opened in Aiud, Abrud, Zlatna, Cugir and Blaj, together with 3 social economy structures: Sâncrai Farm, a small business for cleaning services and green spaces design in Alba Iulia, and a copy shop and design firm in Sebeș. The courses are also meant for disseminating the concept of social economy in Alba county.
