On August 17 started the courses in the Northwest region in the project: "Improving the quality of human resources in rural areas and encouraging entrepreneurship in non-agricultural activities". The groups of 15 - 20 people in the 4 locations have already crossed the modules: Be an entrepreneur!, Communication, Marketing, Computer Usage and Business Plan Development.
Students appreciated the lecturers for being open to opinions and ideas of each, for using non-formal learning and creating an „active” atmosphere during the sessions. "I get informed about the many terms that I may have heard but did not know what they means," says one of the future entrepreneurs while another strengthening the opinion: "I recieved information that we can hardly find themselves".
The entire course is structured so as to assist students to prepare a complete business plan, just following the sequence of modules for this purpose. The business plan will be presented at the end of the course before a committee composed of experts and representatives NATB (National Adult Training Board) and Civitas Foundation. Following this evaluation, future entrepreneurs will receive a accredited diploma on entrepreneurial and computer skills.
The course runs in parallel in four locations, two in the county of Cluj, Bihor and Salaj. Participants in the courses are either managers or people employed in rural areas with agriculture and unemployed.
