Project meeting

Project meeting took place in Cluj-Napoca, Diakonia Centre, Str. Ponor. No. 1, bringing together the entire project team: Civitas Foundation for Civil Society, Cluj-Napoca office, Civitas Foundation for Civil Society Odorhei office, Center for Rural Assistance Foundation, EOS Foundation and the partners from Spain, GeoMujer XX Association.
The main issues addressed were: handbooks current state, aspects of handbooks make-up, their accreditation status at National Adults Training Board (NATB), developing a rating scale for lecturer and for course, establishing an evaluation methodology for students, distribution of responsibilities for updating the website and eventually establishing a schedule of activities for the coming months.
Lecturers responsible for each module were able to put up the last details before sending to print the handbooks. Furthermore the current state of the project was presented. Following the meeting were established time tables for trainings in each of the three regions and the following aspects: identifying the location, covering specific notification procedure for new locations under the NATB, promoting and intensifying the registration campaign.
The next meeting will take place nearby the start of courses.
